I even went to the aisle to prove her wrong but I was dumbfounded. Only a few years ago did I find this was not the case when my mom got confused when I said something about it while we were shopping. I personally remember a different me-ish thing with that peanut butter though oddly enough: I thought there was a counterpart to Jif (called Jeff or something) and it came in a slightly different color and had the chunky peanut butter in it.

I remember Jiffy also, but I feel like it may have been used for tv shows to have realistic brands on set without copyright infringement.
